Couple of cool things I really love about shooting high school senior sessions in the Pocatello, Blackfoot and Idaho Falls area are the clients I get from the different high schools and the repeat clients I get from the same families. Abby is a senior at Idaho Falls High School I shot this year. I shot her sister who was also from Idaho Falls High School two years earlier. Both sister sisters are cool, but they for sure have similar but different styles.
I don't have kids myself so it's always very interesting to me to see the similarities and differences in the seniors that come from the same families. I went to school with Abby's dad and I watch their family's adventures on their Facebook. They are a super cool family who are mega into music. Their family is close and it really came through at Abby's shoot. I have to say shooting Abby she had a really cool chill vibe and was awesome to shoot.
One of the things I really stress with all of the seniors we shoot, whether they are from Pocatello, Blackfoot or Idaho Falls, is to bring at least five clothes changes. The senior sessions are based on time and not outfits. I feel five outfits help to show the different styles and really who the seniors are right now in their lives. Abby's session is a perfect example of this! Her clothes choices really did a great job of showing off who see is and her style!
